Lunchtime! Broccoli, tofu and sweet potato with cinnamon, maple almond butter and treacle-pecan granola. Yum!

Lunch after a successful market haul: a multigrain bagel with crunchy pb and banana and a yummy smoothie (1 frozen banana, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 scoop of rocky road protein powder, almond milk and water – as usual it made more than this jar). All sprinkled with muma. Dessert will be a cookies&cream bar.

Whole wheat toast; one topped with pb, bananas and chia seeds, the other with pb and no sugar added jelly with pineapple on the side.
